Training Program - Level 5 - 2020/21

ELIGIBILITY FOR LEVEL 5

Dancers must be evaluated or recommended by the Artistic Director for promotion or admission to the fifth level of the Training Program. New students with previous experience must be evaluated by the Artistic Director before enrolling. Please email mcleish@projectballet.org to schedule an evaluation.

COMMITMENT REQUIRED OF LEVEL 5

It is strongly recommended that dancers in Level 5 enroll in six days of training per week. However, we caution parents to consider their child’s physical development, emotional maturity and overall scheduling load before deciding to commit to six days per week of training. Students may elect to attend class only five days per week, if desired. Due to the daytime scheduling requirements of Level 5, dancers will need to seek alternative academic arrangements, such as homeschooling, online schooling, or our on-site Academic Conservatory.

ENROLLING IN LEVEL 5

Enrollment is completed through an on-line application process and indicates a commitment for the entire school year. Parents will be required to select the specific classes their child will be attending as well as indicate whether or not they will choose to perform in the Nutcracker, the Variations Showcase and the Spring Concert. There is a non-refundable enrollment reservation fee due at the time of application. Enrollment is limited. Please email mcleish@projectballet.org for enrollment consideration and further information.
