COVID-19 UPDATES AND INFORMATION

Update as of Tuesday, May 26:

Project Ballet is now OPEN for limited hours and operations, as follows:

  • Our office is open Monday-Thursday from 12:30-7:00pm from May 26 to July 2 (with the exception of Monday, June 15). If at all possible, we ask that you please call (260) 471-7848 to handle business over the phone. If you do need to come in to the office, we request that adults wear a mask.

  • Our Academic Conservatory school year has concluded. We have re-scheduled Graduation for Monday, June 15. This will be an invitation-only event.

  • Our ballet students, at all levels, will have the option of attending in-person make up classes from May 26 to July 2. During these six weeks, classes must be booked in advance through our online reservation system. By requiring an advance reservation, we are able to strictly limit class sizes and closely control arrival and dismissal times. Enrolled families should check their emails for access to the online reservation system.

  • Project Ballet will be closed for a short break from July 3-12 before summer classes commence on Monday, July 13.

  • It is our hope that the upcoming 2020-2021 School Year will be held without any disruption or modification.

  • Please note that online class options will continue to be made available throughout the summer and fall to those who want/need the option to remain training from home. We are still developing what this may look like, but we want to reassure you that the option will be available. Please visit PB@Home for the current Zoom schedule.

Financial Note: As a result of this pandemic and the financial strain it has placed on many families, we are extending our priority enrollment period through July 1, 2020 to allow our families an extra cushion to benefit from reduced-rate enrollment fees. We have also delayed our deadline for tuition assistance to August 1, 2020. Tuition worksheets for the new school year will be sent home to enrolled families in July.
