Training Program - Level 2 - 2020/21

ELIGIBILITY FOR LEVEL 2

Dancers must be evaluated or recommended by the Artistic Director for promotion or admission to the second level of the Training Program. New students with previous experience must be evaluated by the Artistic Director before enrolling. Please email mcleish@projectballet.org to schedule an evaluation.

COMMITMENT REQUIRED OF LEVEL 2

It is recommended that dancers enroll in three or four classes per week to maintain a normal rate of progress, however we do offer the flexibility to enroll in as few as two classes per week. In addition to weekly ballet classes, all Level 2 dancers are eligible to enroll in a weekly contemporary dance class, a weekly stretch class, and may elect to participate in our Nutcracker performance in December and our Spring Concert in May. Performances are optional and require an additional time commitment and fee. Class time is never used to rehearse for performances.

ENROLLING IN LEVEL 2

Enrollment is completed through an on-line application process and indicates a commitment for the entire school year. Parents will be required to select the specific classes their child will be attending as well as indicate whether or not they will choose to perform in the Nutcracker and the Spring Concert. There is a non-refundable enrollment reservation fee due at the time of application. Enrollment is limited. Please email mcleish@projectballet.org for enrollment consideration and further information.
